NO – no contract is needed. We do have a service agreement for costs and an ongoing cleaning schedule, but you may cancel our service at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel our service at any time.

We provide all the necessary products and equipment needed for your house cleaning. If you have a product you would like us to use, please give us a call with instructions, or leave a note with the product on the counter with your instructions on where and how to use it. Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused by the use of your specified products.

YES. It would be helpful if all stray miscellaneous items such as laundry, toys, papers, etc., are picked up before the cleaning techs arrive. This helps us work faster and more efficiently while cleaning your home.

ABSOLUTELY! These are the homes we clean most often as they need more than the usual maintenance. Please see our service agreement for further instructions regarding pets.

YES. When we put together our schedules month to month we make sure that our weekly and bi-weekly clients get the same time and day of the week. Our once-a-month clients are just as important, and we do our very best to schedule them every four weeks, but the day and time may vary – we work that out together.

The minimum would be one week’s notice. Depending on the extra services you request, your day and time may have to change. For instance, if you request your yearly spring cleaning we’ll schedule you for the first available Saturday. If it’s just cleaning out your refrigerator or some other moderate addition, we may have to add an extra cleaner to your scheduled day, so we can get done on time and keep our next client’s appointment.

We need 48-hour’s notice for cancellations before the scheduled cleaning day, or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

We do our very best to send the same cleaning techs to your home every time. If a personnel change is required, rest assured that your replacement for that day is as highly trained and qualified as your regularly appointed cleaning techs.

NO. Your presence isn’t necessary. Most clients are at work when we arrive and are not able to let us in. In cases like this, we usually are given a key that is labeled and securely locked away when not in use. If you prefer and it’s an available option, we can use your garage code to gain access to your home.

Our routine cleaning rates typically do stay the same, unless you add extras to a regularly scheduled visit.

We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks. Please make checks payable to “A Home Maid Clean Inc.” or “AHMC Inc.”

YES. Gratuities are welcomed especially if your cleaning techs continue to do a great job. This lets them know that they are appreciated. Cash tips are most common, but if you pay by check, you can indicate a tip amount in the note portion. If paying with a credit/debit card, let us know what tip amount has been added to your card payment for gratuity.
